Playtime in Spanish – Group Classes
Enrollment Policy
Minimum Enrollment
All group classes offered must have a minimum enrollment of four students to commence.
Enrollment Deadline
One week before the first scheduled session date.
Cancellation of Classes
If the minimum enrollment requirement is not met by the enrollment deadline, the group class will be canceled and enrolled students will be promptly notified via email using the contact information provided during registration.
Refund Policy
Automatic Refund
If a group class is canceled due to not meeting the minimum enrollment requirement, enrolled students will be automatically refunded the full amount of their class fee.
Withdrawal Refund
To receive a refund for remaining classes after the first class, a parent must withdraw before the second class.
Refund Options
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during enrollment.
Makeup Policy
Instructor Cancellation
In the event that an instructor cancels a specific class date, the following options will be provided:
- An alternative class will be offered, provided there is availability.
- If an alternative class is not available, a full refund for the amount of the canceled class will be issued to the student.
Student Absence
If a student misses a class, refunds will not be granted. Rescheduling is subject to availability and instructor discretion and will be arranged in advance with the instructor or administrative staff.
Exceptions
Exceptions to this policy may be granted in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of ASHS management.

Individual Tutoring Sessions
Makeup Policy
- No Makeup Sessions for Student Cancellations:
Due to limited time slots available there are no makeups for missed or canceled appointments less than 24 hrs. However, you may contact April Sonnenberg to request rescheduling your appointment at least 48 hrs in advance. This is not a guarantee a time slot is available. - Vendor Cancellations:
If I cancel a scheduled session for any reason, a makeup session will be offered at a mutually agreed-upon time. The student will be notified as soon as possible, and every effort will be made to reschedule the session promptly.
